This document is drafted pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter, "EU Regulation") regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. Below there are the complete information for the website www.kservices.it services.


Privacy Policy

This page describes how the www.kservices.it website is managed with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This information is provided only for the website www.kservices.it and not for the other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. This document is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of directive no. 95/46 / EC, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they link to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link. Following consultation of this website, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.


Terms

In order to facilitate the understanding of this document, the following terms are reported (art.4 EU Regulation):

  • "Treatment": any operation, or set of operations made with or without automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring, conservation, storage adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, diffusion or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction;
  • "Personal data": any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person ("Data Subject"); the natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as the name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of his physical identity is considered identifiable, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social;
  • particular categories of personal data: personal data relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data related to the person's health or sexual life or sexual orientation. In particular:
    • "Genetic data": personal data relating to the inherited or acquired genetic characteristics of a person that provide univocal information on the physiology or health of said natural person, and which result in particular from the analysis of a biological sample of the natural person in question;
    • "Biometric data": personal data obtained from a specific technical treatment relating to the physical, physiological or behavioral characteristics of a natural person that allow or confirm the univocal identification, such as the facial image or dactyloscopic data;
    • "Health-related data": personal data relating to the physical or mental health of a natural person, including the provision of health care services, which reveal information relating to his or her health.
    • "Data controller": the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body which, individually or together with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data;
    • "Processor": the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other Institution that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.

Data Controller

The Data Controller of users personal data is Kservices Italy Srl, based in Torviscosa (Italy), stradone Zuino Nord n. 97/A, 33050.


Place of treatment

Processing related to the e-mail service of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of Kservices Italy Srl and is handled only by technical staff of the Office in charge of processing.


Purpose

Any personal data provided by the user shall be used for purposes connected with the execution of the service or operation requested. No data is communicated or disseminated except to perform the service or operation required.


Treatment and data storage

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.


Data provided by user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data – also by e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site, involves the subsequent and necessary acquisition of the sender’s address– as well as any other data entered in the letter– in order to respond to requests.

The user is free to provide the personal data requested in the forms and their failure to provide data may make it impossible to obtain the information requested. Specific summary information, prepared for particular services, are reported on the pages of the site.

No data is communicated or disseminated, except to perform the service or service required. To reply to user e-mails sent, instead, we inform that the data are processed by staff of the competent offices, in charge of the processing of personal data.

The user is free to provide his personal data reported in the request forms or otherwise indicated in contact sections, for example, to request the newsletter send, informative or promotional material, to make complaints, or other communications. Failure to confer them may result in the impossibility of obtaining what is requested.


Cookies


How to change cookie settings

Rights of data sujects

The applicant may rely on the rights provided for in Articles 2 and 3. 15-21 of the EU Regulation, that is: the right of access to data, rectification and the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") of data, the right to limit the processing, the right to portability, the right of opposition to processing.
